M1075y Series Mass Flow Leak Test Instrument
InterTech Development Company developed new cost-effective leak testing technology – the M1075y family of leak detectors, both for single channel testing and multi-channel testing—designed for high speed leak testing and equipped with multiple features that not only cut testing costs but also make these the world’s easiest leak detectors to operate and integrate into manufacturing operations.

Patented InterTech mass flow transducers provide direct measurement of leakage in 2 – 100 psig or 1 – 20 psig with NIST traceable calibration to less than 5% R&R.

    M1075-06y Touch-Screen Upstream Mass Flow Leak Testing Instrument
    Standard upstream leak testing, touch-screen control panel, dual USB ports, Ethernet connectivity, compact construction and mass flow leak testing technology. The mass flow leak testing transducer is connected to both the reservoir, and the test part. When this circuit is filled with air and isolated from the supply, any leak results in a flow of air from the reservoir to the test part through the leak testing transducer. The mass flow leak testing transducer output provides a direct measurement of leakage.
    • Leak range: 0 - 20 sccm.

    M1075-44z Micro Mass Flow Leak Testing Instrument
    Downstream leak testing, high speed operation, compact construction, and low-flow mass flow leak testing transducer instrumentation.
    The mass flow leak testing transducer is connected to the reservoir and the leak test chamber. The part is pressurized from the test port. Any leak results in a flow of air to the chamber, and from the chamber through the transducer into the reservoir. The mass flow leak test transducer output provides a direct measurement of leakage. Patented bias leak technology monitors leak test system integrity during the leak test cycle.
    • Leak range: 0.0100 - 0.2500 sccm.
    • Pressure range: 2 - 100 psig or 1 - 20 psig.

    M1075-81z Sealed Package Mass Flow Leak Test Instrument
    Pressure volume charge testing, high speed operation, compact construction, and mass
    flow leak test
    technology.
    A test chamber and a reservoir, approximately equal in volume to the free volume in the test chamber with a part loaded, are pressurized simultaneously using a pre-determined charge volume. The test chamber and the reservoir have a common connection between them. If the part being leak tested has a leak, air will flow from the chamber into the sealed part and cause the pressure in the chamber to increase. Air will then flow from the reservoir into the leak test chamber. The flow of air from the reservoir into the leak test chamber is
    directly proportional to the leak in the part and can be accurately measured as the air passes over a leak test transducer.
    • Leak range: 0 - 4 sccm.
    • Pressure range: 0 - 100 psig (0 - 60 psig, 0 - 150 psig)
    • Transducer repeatability: 0.05% F.S.D.
    • Transducer sensitivity: 0.05% F.S.D.
