Medical Infusion Pump Flow Testing

A family of elastomeric infusion pumps are production tested for charge volume and discharge flows at a rate of 325 pph.

Dry air testing replaces wet testing for higher throughputs, more accurate readings and no contamination. The InterTech MED75y Functional Tester controls the test cycle using mass flow technology and temperature compensation to: 

  • Accurately and repeatably measure charge volume and  distal flow from the infusor.
  • Integrate flow over time in audit mode to verfiy test system performance.
