Advanced Driver Assistance (ADAS) System Leak Testers

The InterTech M1075 High Speed Mass Flow Charge Volume Leak Test Instrument tests sealed EV Cameras for IP67 integrity to ensure there is no water intrusion through the life of the product.

InterTech's proprietary charge volume leak test circuit ensures gross leaks are detected immediately and fine leakage is reliably detected and rejected.

InterTech's M1075's additional I/O option allows the M1075 to control the machine cycle eliminating the need for a PLC and accompanying components.

InterTech's ADAS camera and sensor leak testing system test for 0.30 sccm at 2 psig at a rate of 72 parts per hour including manual load and unload.

Test data is output to the customers data acquisition system via Ethernet and ensures customer's compliance with ISO16949.
