In this example, Ford degas bottles are burst tested and leak tested at a rate of 120 pph.

Leak Test and Burst Test System Features

Bottles are burst tested at 40 psig (adjustable) and mass flow leak tested to a 12 sccm limit at 25 psig.

Temperature compensation enables the accurate testing of parts after welding over a range of ambient to 140°F

The test system is interfaced with a robot for automated operation.
