Cam Cover Leak Test & Inspection Solution Details
Cam covers are leak tested and inspected at a rate of 120 pph.

Features

The InterTech M1075 Mass Flow Leak Detector controls the test cycle.
Parts are tested:

To a 10 sccm limit at 1 bar.
Parts leaking between 10 and 200 sccm. are tagged for impregnation.
Oil passages are checked for blockage to a 50% limit.
Thread presence is verified using low pressure air detection technology.
InterTech power clamps individually clamp each bolt point to simulate mounting conditions.
