Three variations of oil pans areleak tested at a rate of 90 pph.

Features

Three Oil Pan configurations undergo two simultaneous leak tests.
Sump cavities are tested at 10 psig to a 10 sccm leak limit.
Port and Filter cavities are tested at 90 psig to a 10 sccm leak limit.
Quick change feature allows for 10 minute changeover.
Integrated labeler prints labels only for accepted parts.

As an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory and calibration service, InterTech�s Applications Lab implements and documents its quality system aimed at improving the ability to consistently produce valid results. The Laboratory Accreditation Bureau provides independent accreditation of InterTech�s leak testing for flow rates as low as 1 sccm, and as high as 18 sccm according to the ISO 17025 standard.
