Fuel Dispenser Leak Test System

InterTech's Fuel Dispenser Leak Test System tests fuel dispenser assembly including manifolds, check valves, outlet castings and meters to confirm assembly leak integrity. Leak test is conducted at 60 psig for 3sccm leak limit at a rate of 45 parts per hour including load and unload.

The M1035 Mass Flow Leak Test instrument controls the test cycle.

Parts are pallet loaded into the tests station and operators manually apply sealing mechanisms and components. A seal check operation prior to leak test confirms the units is sealed and ready for testing.
